1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or personalized orders (like specific gemstone settings or resizing) may require an additional 3–5 days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship from our studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) to:

Selected international destinations including the UK, Europe, USA, UAE, and Thailand

3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, or customs inspections).

4. Shipping Partners
We work only with trusted courier services such as DTDC, Bluedart, FedEx, DHL, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your gemstones and jewelry.

5. Packaging & Protection
Each item is securely packed in a tamper-proof box or padded pouch to ensure it reaches you safely.
We also include:

A Gemstone Authenticity Certificate (for certified stones)

Care instructions for your jewelry

6. Cash on Delivery (India Only)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for customers within India.
Once the order is received, please ensure the payment is ready at the time of delivery.
If the order is refused, future COD options may be disabled for that customer.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the destination.
