Refund Policy

At Astrona by Vinayaka Gems, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase.
If your gemstone or jewelry doesn’t feel right for you, our 15-Day Home Trial & Easy Return Policy ensures you can shop worry-free.

 

Eligibility for Return

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All items must be returned with the original Lab Certificate, invoice, and any accessories supplied.

  • Customized, resized, engraved, or special-order items are non-returnable.

     

Verification Process (Before Refund)

To protect product authenticity and prevent misuse, all returned gemstones undergo a verification process by our quality-assurance team.

  • Our agent or gemologist will inspect the returned gemstone and certificate.

  • The refund will be processed only after confirming that the gemstone, weight, and certification number match the originally delivered product.

  • If any mismatch or tampering is detected, the refund request will be declined and the item returned to the sender.

     

Refund Timeline

Once verification is complete and approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process a secure transfer.

     

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We arrange free return pickup in most major Indian cities.

  • For regions not serviceable, customers may ship the item back via insured courier; we’ll reimburse standard shipping once verified.

  • For international orders, customers handle return shipping and customs charges.

     

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong gemstone, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID.
We will prioritize replacement or refund as soon as verification is complete.

 

Refund Not Applicable If …

  • The gemstone or certificate is missing, altered, or replaced.

  • Product shows signs of wear, damage, or modification.

  • The 15-day period has expired.
